Jordan's Kindergarten Graduation

Jordan's teacher decided to do a graduation ceremony for her class, which by some miracle I was not scheduled to work during.
Here comes the big girl!




They did a song called "First Grade, First Grade" to the tune of "New York, New York." Just look at that stage presence!



Jordan got the award for being the best at music, but the teacher did talk a bit about how both she and the music teacher think Jordan is a natural performer. I thought it was funny that she's already getting awards for being a drama queen. Oscars here we come!



This is the Principal, Mr. Eisenhower. The district is moving the Principals around next year, and wouldn't you know? The new one will be Ms. Russell, not to be confused with Ms. Russell- Jordan's teacher or Mr. Russell- the 4th grade teacher. Small towns eh? I swear, everyone is related to everyone else in this county either by birth or marriage.

Ms. Russell allowed them to throw their hats, just once, which they considered quite a treat.
